MIDDLE SCHOOL TICKETING PLAN: All home middle school basketball games will be played at the Danbury High School Gymnasium and the same capacity/guidelines will be applied.

Passes: District 24-3A DEC passes will be accepted for holder plus one at the gate.  Danbury ISD Lifetime Cards will be accepted for the holder only.  This number was factored into occupancy prior to establishing the 50 percent and therefore will not count against the available capacity.

Ticketing & Capacity Protocol: Due to limited occupancy and our focus to provide ample opportunity for parents and family members to watch their athlete’s game, we will utilize the following ticketing and management protocol for gym capacity.

  1.      Tickets will be sold online only.
  2.       Once the seating limit is reached in tickets sold, the event will no longer be available to purchase online.
  3.       The high school gym will be cleared at the conclusion of the JV games.
  4.       Administrators will monitor capacity of the gymnasium to determine the need to clear the gym between Varsity games.
  5.       If capacity is reached, an announcement will be made for those who have already watched their athlete play to consider exiting to increase capacity for parents needed to enter.
  6.       Gymnasium will be cleared only if deemed necessary and parents and family members of upcoming game will be allowed to remain.
  7.        This plan is based on current COVID Restrictions and could change with little notice
