HS Powerlifting

 

The 2024 Powerlifting teams will meet the week before the Thanksgiving break.  The weight room will be open Monday-Thursday before the break for anyone wanting to get a head start on the season.  Official practices begin when we return from the Thanksgiving break.  

 

 

Practices are Monday-Thursday after school until meets begin.  When meets start, practice will be Monday- Wednesday.
